Balanced Zero Regulators (BZR’s) - Suitable for proportional air/gas ratio. Specify the size of the unit or alternatively the burner output. In some instances diaphragm repair kits are also available, please enquire for details.

Flame Controllers - Flame control boxes of various type are available suitable for controlling the ignition sequence of a variety of burners. Mandatory for any combustion system and complying with EN746-2.

Burners - A large variety of burners are available in various forms and sizes.
Aluminium construction for flame treatment applications, Cast iron for high temperature, Ribbon pipe burner for cooking and bakery applications, Length, Energy output & Design all variables in the specification.

Flow meters - Units included: Float type flow meters for gas and air (replacement tubes are also available). Digital flow meters with pressure and temperature control for mass flow monitoring.

Filters - Combustion air fan filters & silencers, Inlet gas filters, Compressed air regulator filter elements, All essential for preventing debris from entering the combustion pipe work and controls.

UV Cell’s - Suitable for flame detection of long linear burners and Fire cone air heaters.

Governors & Regulators - Gas governors and regulators for maintaining incoming gas supply pressure. Air regulators for smaller combustion systems. Designed ensuring stable pressure control and thus stable flame condition.

Mixture hoses & Swivels - Suitably designed and manufactured for gas applications. Long flexible hoses for FT auto systems were flexibility is required and moving burner requirements are essential such as when manipulating the burner on a robot. Short braided convoluted hoses suitable for final termination of fixed or stationary burner installations.

HT Cable, HT Caps, Electrodes - High Tension ignition cable (The red cable!), Ignition electrodes, Spark igniters, Ignition cap connectors

Oxygen analysers and components - Oxygen analysis in flame treatment is paramount to optimising the flame quality and thus adhesive levels. Spares include cells heaters reactors etc.

3800 series burner spare parts kit - This comprises of water cooling pipes, gaskets, metering screws etc all in kit form ideal for maintenance purposes.

Unimixers - Unimixers are a range of proportional mixing devices; they are designed to deliver a correct mix of gas and air to a “pre-mix” burner head.

Pressure gauges - Suitable for air or gas with a variety of pressure ranges panel mounted or pipe fitting mounted.

Relays - Suitable for replacement on Aerogen system specifications.

Pressure switches - Suitable for low, high, mixture, air and exhaust are pressure measurement. Available in various ranges and specifications for optimum safety.

Solenoid valves - Available for gas, air or water applications water. Specialist gas valves such as slow opening, integrated position switches and combination control blocks integrating regulators are also available.

Test Inks - The Aerogen dyne inks kit is specially designed for the testing the surface energy of substrates. This allows a before and after assessment of the surface energy level by means of surface tension inks graded at levels of 30 – 56 Dynes / Cm (Also know as NM/cm). These widely used test solutions are designed to be a simple effective way to assess the affects of flame treatment be it at the product line or in the laboratory.
